How to change or add an Office365 profile picture
There are a few ways in which you can update your profile picture, these are described below:
Teams
In the top-right hand corner is your profile picture, or account letters (which is the default), if you click on this it presents more information.
Click on the photo and you should be presented with the option to change what is currently used.
You are provided with the ability to upload a picture or remove the existing one.
Please note: this picture is used across multiple services and shows you in a professional light, so it is not appropriate to use silly or pictures that are not of you etc.
Outlook Online
Possibly the quickest and easiest way to change or add a profile picture - it even allows you to frame the picture itself.
